Perhaps you’ve dreamed of walking through fields of vanilla under the brilliant tropical sun, or of smelling the intoxicating aroma of a warehouse filled with freshly dried vanilla beans. The challenge is that you’re not quite sure where to go or what to anticipate once you get there.

Not to worry! As The Vanilla.Company site expands, we will have travel articles and information on all of the principal regions of the world where vanilla is grown. Additionally, here in Festivals, there will be regular postings of vanilla’s growing, pollinating, and harvesting cycles for both the northern and southern hemispheres. Information on fiestas, festivals, and special cultural events will be listed as we learn of them. Contacts for arranging visits to plantations will also be available. If you know you’re going to a tropical locale and you’d like to have an up close and personal visit with vanilla, be sure to check here for details.
