All Vanilla.COMpany products are fully guaranteed. We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase, for exchange, credit or refund.

You may order online at www.vanilla.com, by fax at 831.476.9112, or by mail. Mail orders to The Vanilla.COMpany, P.O. Box 3206, Santa Cruz, CA 95063.

It is our intention to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay. All credit card orders will be processed promptly. If you call us and receive an answering machine, please do leave us a message. We will call you back. Please note, prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING

Prices do not include shipping. Orders weighing up to ten pounds are sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. For deliveries within the United States and U.S. territories, the shipping & handling fee is $5.50 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item. Additional fees may apply for heavier items. For deliveries to Canada or Mexico, the shipping & handling fee is $10.00 for the first item, plus $1.50 for each additional item.

Most orders over ten pounds are sent via FedEx.  A street address is required for all FedEx deliveries.  For orders going via FedEx, please specify whether your shipping address is a residential or commercial address.  Other than Canada and Mexico, we no longer ship internationally. 

Rush deliveries are available at an additional charge. For rush orders, e-mail us at info@vanilla.com.

Just like everything else at The Vanilla.COMpany, our gift wrap is not plain. We’ll wrap your selection of gift items in festive paper and ribbon and include a small card for an additional $5.00.

You may order a gift certificate from The Vanilla.COMpany. We will mail out a special certificate acknowledging you, or we can send you the certificate to deliver yourself. Minimum gift certificate value is $10.00.
